Seventy-one Year 7 and 8 students sat the ICAS Writing Exam earlier in the year.

Congratulations to Freya Kelly and Holly O’Connor, both in Year 8, who received a High Distinction Award putting them in the top 1% of NZers who sat the exam. A huge achievement - well done!  

Seven other students were awarded Distinction Awards - Rebecca Elder, Jamie Marriott, Niamh O’Meara, Alice Johns, Cally Cheng-Su, Max Connolly and Amy Lin. Their writing performances put them in the next 10% of entrants from NZ.

Congratulations also to Louise Anscombe, Sophie Wellington, Lyle Cornish, Holly Inglis, Emma Chung, Zoe Mills, Snigdha Mundra, Izzah Siddiqui, Oshadi Werellagama, Penny Cooke, Becky Ngan, Olive Cato, Isabelle Faulkner, Ryan Gordon, Kate Hemsley, Hana Kells, Artem Maksimov, Finn McKenzie, Fiona Quinn, Hughan Scott, Amy Skipper, Anuha Som, Grace Stevens, Pia Sutherland and Raya Tietjens-Hotter for achieving a Credit Award.
