The Rāroan —

Kia ora e te Rāroa Whānau,

Nau mai, Haere mai, welcome once again.

The Rāroan will generally come out in weeks 2, 5 and 10 of each term. Last week was a special addition to welcome everyone to the year. I really appreciate you taking the time to read our Rāroan. I am aware that communication at the beginning of the year can be a bit overwhelming as we try and communicate all the necessary messages, so I thank you for your understanding.

As we move towards Week 3, I am thrilled to report that our students have successfully settled into their teams and classes, routines have been set and programmes are well underway.

The first couple of weeks have been dedicated to building relationships and establishing expectations. With this foundation I am confident that the rest of the year will be filled with exciting opportunities for growth and learning.

It has been wonderful to see our students engaging in their classes and participating in various activities, in and outside of the classroom.

Have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Ngā mihi maioha
