Y-Kids Rāroa After School Care is offering an exciting new outdoors programme!

Mission: Y-ild is a 5 week programme aimed at building positive learning experiences in an outdoor context. Kids will grow together as a team and develop their interpersonal skills while learning useful outdoor skills such as fire making, shelter building and Orienteering. Designed and delivered by the team from YMCA Kaitoke Outdoor Education Centre through our After School Care setting. Also, for kids who want to take what they have learned and put it into action, participants will be given the opportunity to participate in an overnight experience at Kaitoke Outdoor Education Centre at the end of the term! (Note extra fee applies, Age 8+)

WHEN: Tuesdays for 5 weeks starting 1 June

COST: Existing After School Care Fee

If you are an existing After School Care client and your kids attend on a Friday they will automatically take part in Mission Y-ild, for all other parents and caregivers make sure you make Friday part of your Care or sign up to After School Care today to get the kids involved in Mission Y-ild!
