On Wednesday Rainbow Ski Field held the Primary Inter School Ski Races. This year we had five students step up to represent Saint Paul's and compete against another 217 students from the top of the South Island on a GS course.

The day started out with blue skies but didn't take long for the low cloud to start rolling in. By the time our skiers were on their second run they were racing in whiteout conditions with poor visibility and deep ruts in the senior course making it very challenging.

Three of our students (Amy, Romeo and Holly) placed in the top 10 in their category with Amy getting her first skiing podium finish being the 3rd junior girl.
