The latest FOSP news.......Meeting dates, uniform info, lost property, fundraising opportunities........
NEXT MEETING: Our next meeting is on Tuesday 8th September at 7pm in the staff room. Everyone is welcome to join us as we plan our events and fundraising for the rest of the year.
UPCOMING MEETING DATES: Please add these dates to your diary for our next meetings... Tuesday 8th September, Tuesday 20th October, Tuesday 24th November and a date TBA for Christmas drinks in December.
GALA 2021- SAVE THE DATE: We have set the date for next years Gala so please mark Saturday 15th May in your diaries now! Planning has begun so keep an eye out for further information to follow.
PARENT LIAISONS: Each year we ask for one or two parents from each class to take on the role of Parent Liaison. Please get in touch with your child's class teacher if you are able to take on this important role in our school. Sharing the role with another parent may be an option you wish to consider. Please see the attached poster for further information.
UNIFORM: Most of our uniform stock (polo tops, skirts, skorts and shorts) are now being sold through the NZ Uniforms shop at Nayland College. They are open Monday and Wednesday 8 - 9.30am, Tuesday and Thursday 2.30 - 4.30pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm. Please check the Nayland College website for a map of how to find the shop. Polar fleeces and PE tops are able to be purchased by contacting Maree Jenkinson - 021 261 4671
LOST PROPERTY: There is still a large number of unclaimed polar fleeces and a huge box of shoes/other clothing items in the lost property. Please come and have a look (in the senior roost) to see if any belongs to your child. Some are not named and some have unrecognisable names or initials. Any non-uniform items unclaimed by the end of this term will be donated to St Vincent de Paul.
