NEXT MEETING: Our next meeting is on Wednesday 16th October at 7pm in the staff room. It would be great to have our Parent Liaison volunteers there please. Everyone is welcome.
HONEY - SOLD OUT: Thank you to those that snapped up the honey. It sold very quickly which was fabulous and raised over $400 towards the Year 5 and 6 camp next term.
BINGO NIGHT - SAVE THE DATE: We are planning a family BINGO night for Friday 18th October. Please see the poster attached for details and invite your friends and family to come along. It will be a fun night out. Thanks to Nelson Suburbs Football Club for their support and use of their facilities.
CREATIVE ARTS AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES: These classes have been very successful this term and we were hoping to offer them again next term but due to a change in circumstances for the tutor teacher we are not able to. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we can secure them again in the new year.
UNIFORM SHOP: Term 4 means hats are a compulsory part of the uniform again. If you will be needing new ones please email Maree over the holidays to let her know and she will be in the Senior Roost from 8.30am on the first Monday back. Hats are $15 each.
We are still working with our supplier to find a satisfactory fleece that is the same colour and quality as our current fleece (that was from our previous supplier). In the meantime we have a temporary fleece available for $45.
If you require any uniform items please get in contact with Maree Jenkinson or you can order online from New Zealand Uniforms.
If you have any uniform items that you no longer need and would like to donate, please leave them at the school office and Maree will redistribute them.
LOST PROPERTY: There is still a large number of unclaimed polar fleeces and a huge box of shoes in the lost property. Please come and have a look (in the senior roost) to see if any belongs to your child. Some are not named and some have unrecognisable names or initials. Now would be a great time to purchase some clothing labels! See details below.
