Chess supports the development of higher-order thinking skills—like problem solving; decision making; critical thinking; planning, and even creative thinking!

Congratulations to all those who attended the Regional Chess Tournament at Berhampore School on Wednesday 17th May. It was great to see the 56 students representing Seatoun School with such positive attitudes. Their kindness and consideration for each other and students from other schools is to be commended.

The results were amazing with acknowledgements, certificates and medals awarded for effort and achievements.

Thank you to all the parents and helpers who transported the students to the event and to those who stayed to support the students.
