In the first week of term 2, many of the year 7 and 8 students were lucky to be part of a cooking demonstration by the authors of "The Two Raw Sisters" cookbooks: Margo and Rosa Flanagan. The Life Education team provided this opportunity to present healthy eating workshops to complement the Healthy Harold programme and the health curriculum.
The workshop covered:
- healthy, easy snacks
- quick dinner and lunch ideas
- using and substituting plant-based ingredients
- inspiration to get creative in the kitchen
