Seatoun School Cross Country
Start training now! Dress up in House colours or costumes! Wednesday 7th May 2025 (PP: Thursday 8th May)
Make it a whānau activity or a Steeple Rock challenge!
We are excited to announce that we are holding the annual Seatoun School cross-country on Wednesday 7th of May. The children will be running in their year groups with both boys and girls competing together. They will still be recorded as separate genders for the Eastern Zone competition.
We are delighted to invite parents to come and support the tamariki. When supporting your children, parents are asked to ONLY use the grassy slope behind the scooter rack. The other concrete areas in school are part of the race track so please remain on the grass or driveway.
We are also in need of a few parent helpers. In particular, we need parent support with being a marshall or being a jogger at the back of a pack run in the senior section. There will be a survey at the start of next term if you can assist with this.
Note: if the weather is unpleasant the alternate date for the event will be Thursday 8th May.
Please note no dogs are allowed on the school grounds.
