Library News June 9

In the UK there is a scheme whereby premier league footballers who are readers visit schools and make great role models for older students who are reading less. We don’t have anything like that in New Zealand, so we asked The Hurricanes if they had any players who were also readers, and they very kindly sent Reed Prinsep and Jackson Garden-Bachop along to talk to our senior students.
