This week in our Litterless Lunch Strategy to reduce plastic waste we have started collecting data to find out what the main offenders in our lunchboxes are! One item is the wrapping around sandwiches, like Gladwrap or tinfoil, and we have made some reusable sandwich wraps which we are willing to give out to people who would like to try them out.
These are made from the plastic inner from cereal packets and spare fabric.In order to make more we need some more of these plastic inners please, good quality, thick, quite large ones please. If you have any that you are throwing away in the next week please send them to school (clean) and drop off at the library.
