Free IHC Resources for Parents

ihC is an organisation dedicated to supporting people with intellectual or learning difficulties and for their caregivers. I met with the lovely people from their library last week and found out about their incredible collection of resources which are free to borrow by anyone. They are based in Wellington (above Unity Books on Willis St) and anybody can join and pay them a visit to see what they have. I also have a number of leaflets in our school library with some detail about many of their resources, for example Autism for primary kids, Socials Skills for kids, Adolescence and Puberty for Young People with Autism. There are resources for both the children and their caregivers. Please have a look at their website, give them a call or contact me to find out more.
