If your child is a Year 5 or 6, this is a great opportunity to have a day learning about sustainability, map reading, following instructions, team work, recycling, pests, weeds, coastlines, first aid, native trees, and more. The students work in teams of 4 to participate in activities to collect points with an adult supervising. There are many schools from all over Auckland that join in this fantastic event and it is well supported by Auckland Council.
