We are seeking a capable and energetic person to manage and maintain our school property.

Bill Allaker has looked after our school's property for almost 9 years. Bill has made a massive  contribution to our school and we will miss him greatly when he moves on at the end of the year. We now seek someone to be our school caretaker. 

Key aspects of the role include:

• Property administration

• Rubbish, lawns and grounds maintenance

• Health & safety issues

• Contractors and cleaners

• Security and vandalism

In addition to dealing with property issues in a timely manner, there may be some property project management required. We are looking for a positive person who will enjoy interactions with our staff and students. Applicants should be comfortable working in a school environment.

This is a permanent term time position, 37.5 hours pw plus 7 weeks during school holidays across the year. Start date is Monday 17 January 2022.
