As winter has arrived, some families are wanting to purchase new uniform especially warmer sweatshirts, fleeces and pants.

However we have received the following information from them about delivery times:

Despite the high demand we are experiencing at the moment, the majority of orders are being sent out of our warehouse the day after they are received/paid for. Some orders are being delivered to parents in 2-3 days but unfortunately some are taking longer than this - sometimes up to 5 days. This is due to the higher volume of parcels that New Zealand Post is dealing with.

Should your uniform order not arrive in time, please send your child with alternative warm clothing. Also over the winter months we know there may be the odd time when the uniform doesn't dry in time after it has been washed. Once again you may send your child with an alternative on a temporary basis. While we want students to wear the correct uniform, we understand that sometimes problems occur. We would rather have your child here in mufti for a day than they stay home because they don't have a dry uniform to wear.

Our SPA committee will let you know when it is possible for them to hold a secondhand uniform sale. In the meantime they are able to check stocks for individual students. Please email spa@sherwoodprimary.school.nz with the items you need and the size.
