The Kauri + Matai Teams had their assembly on Friday of the last week of Term 3.

Kauri + Matai Teams shared their learning experiences at a school assembly. Our New Entrants and Year 1s showed us their fantastic self portraits and engaged us with their Penguin Dance!  The Kauri team displayed fantastic art work with their Transport from the Past and Present item.  Matai syndicate engaged us with their Dragon Story Writing, Dance and Poi Rakau Game with sticks - even the teachers had a go!   Our children have learned a lot from our inquiry into the Past and Present (Now and Then) and enjoyed a visit to the Howick Historical Village as well.
