Fun day with an important message

It was wonderful to celebrate Pink Shirt Day on Friday. Although we experienced every shade of pink, the message was clear that bullying is not cool.

We had an interesting twist to our Junior and Senior Assemblies in the afternoon, with a power cut happening just before our first assembly. We are proud of the students and staff for adapting to singing, performing and participating without electricity. 

Many thanks to our parents for supporting this day with coins, clothes and claps (at the assembly). Together we raised $436.00 for the Mental Health Foundation.
