Oneroa Kāhui Ako is pleased to offer a Women’s Health Evening on Thursday 12 October at Northcross Intermediate Staffroom from 6pm until 7:30pm.
Monterrey Wigglesworth (Pharmacist and Owner of Bays Health Pharmacy) will provide practical advice regarding women's health with regards to aiding sleep, mood, anxiety, PMS, hot flushes/night sweats, migraines, weight gain, low libido, skin/hair etc...
From 6pm there will be pizza and chance to mingle before Monterrey speaks at 6.30pm. This allows the option for those attending to have dinner at home and arrive by 6.30pm to listen to Monterrey.
