Rata Maui share their games with Matai students

During term one, the Y5/6 inquiry was all about Sherwood's Heart Values and how we can live these values at school. Our assessment was to design a game to teach the junior students about our school values (hauora, effort, aroha, respect and togetherness).We came up with lots of fabulous ideas including snap games, matching cards, word searches and a shoot the hoop games. Last week, after a delay due to Covid, we played our games session with the junior students. We had lots of fun.
