Moving on...

At the end of this term, we farewell Mrs Lisa Martin, who is moving to Blenheim. 

Lisa has made many wonderful contributions to our school during her time at Sherwood. In addition to being a kind and dedicated teacher, she has held various roles across the school. Previously, as our Enviro teacher, Lisa was the driving force behind the beautiful mural next to the office entrance. For the last couple of years, Lisa has been our Within School Leader, looking after the wellbeing of staff and students.

We are fortunate to have Mrs Lida Bredenkamp, who is well known to us, to teach Pohutukawa M next term. Parents of students in Pohutukawa M should book their goal setting interviews with Mrs Bredenkamp. 

Miss Amber Smith will teach Pohutukawa M from the start of Term 3 when she returns from maternity leave. 

We wish Lisa and her family all the very best for their new lives in sunny Blenheim.
