Subdivision going ahead

Many of us have wondered if and when the land adjoining our school will be developed. 

As a neighbour to this property, we have just received notification that the development work will commence as follows:

• October 25th 2022 – Vegetation clearance to commence.
• November 14th 2022 – Construction works to commence.
• July 2023 – Construction works are due to be completed.

The site will be developed into a 34-lot residential subdivision with lot sizes ranging from 400m2 to 800m2 in area. Refer to the attached plan. 

The letter we received indicates there will be some disruption with noise, vibration and construction traffic throughout the duration of the works. We have arranged a meeting with Airey Consultants to ensure the safety of our students and to minimise any disruption to their learning during this time.
