We have a very full newsletter this week, so not much from me!

However, I would just like to say a sincere thanks to all of the parents and whanau who support us in so many ways. Some of these so far for 2020 are:

• our incredible SPA organising committee for their ongoing fundraising work, but in particular the Gala which is a hug undertaking
• the parents who made themselves available to come to camp with Year 5/6 and did a superb job of running activities, dishing up meals and numerous other tasks
• the fabulous parents who accompany the Year 1 & 2 children to swimming - this is such a big job getting all these small people changed and the teachers really appreciate your help
• the kind parents who assist families where English is not their first language (both in person and via social media channels) to understand about school activities 

There are of course many more, and whether your contribution is big or small, please know that we really value what you do.

The advertisement for our new Principal is going out his week. We are so pleased to tell the applicants that, if lucky enough to be appointed, they will join a supportive community.
