We are seeking an experienced and capable person to manage our accounts and support the wider administrative team.

Pauline Foster has looked after our school's finances for 9 years. Previous to that she was our financial service provider. Pauline has made an immense contribution to our school and she will be thoroughly missed when she retires at the start of next year. We now seek a new person to be our accounts manager.  

Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing the school's KINDO accounts.

• Accounts receivable and payable

• Staff wages and payroll administration

• Managing investment accounts to optimise interest

• Maintaining an asset register

We are looking for a positive person who will enjoy interactions with our students, their whānau and staff. Applicants should be comfortable covering the reception and attending to students in the sickbay. Previous work in a school is an advantage but not essential.

This is a permanent term time only position, 37.5 hours pw plus some additional hours in the holidays when required. Start date is Monday 24 January 2022.
