This term sees the return of our Ice Block Wednesdays, another round of Calendar Art orders and the Browns Bay Santa Parade. Parents and students entering the school from Montclair Rise may have noticed the new natural fence around the Junior School classrooms made possible by your fundraising. We have also made good progress on funding the new sandpit from events last term, and hope to have the full donation to the school by the end of the year.

Summer months also bring the return of hats to our school uniform. If you need a hat, or your child has had a growth spurt over the holidays, we have a range of uniform available in our second-hand stores. Please contact us via email for any uniform requests. You can also make donations of uniform items in good used condition at any time to the school office.

Calendar Art orders and School Photo orders will be distributed in the next couple of weeks. If you missed out on Calendar Art we will have another round of orders kicking off on 9 November - 20 November for delivery before the last day of school. If you have lost your code, don't worry you can still order by selecting Sherwood School and your child's class. There will be more information in the next newsletter. You can also still order class photos using your child's unique code you were sent via email, although you will have to pay a delivery fee for your order.

Our last meeting for the year is 22 November, 7.00pm in the school staffroom. We have some fabulous ideas for school events in 2023, so come along and find out how you can help.
