Our School’s Policies and Procedures are managed online by SchoolDocs. They are maintained and updated regularly to make sure they comply with the Ministry of Education requirements and follow the Ministry best-practice guidelines.

Policies are reviewed at regular intervals. Reviews are open to board, staff, and parents/caregivers/whānau. Parents will be informed via school newsletter when a policy is up for review. Reviewers can rate policy content as well as its implementation and they can offer comments on both.

In 2022, all schools will review the Health, Safety, and Welfare Policy section throughout the year. The main, overarching policy will be reviewed at the end of the year.

In term two, the focus is on the Healthcare and Behaviour Management sections.

· Read the policy.

· Click the Policy Review button at the top right-hand corner of the page.

· Select the reviewer type.

· Enter your name (optional).

· Submit your ratings and comments.

If you don't have internet access, school office staff can provide you with printed copies of the policy and a review form.
