Our process for selecting the student leaders for 2022 starts the first week back in Term 4 with a Leadership Seminar on Wednesday, October 20th for our Year 11 and 12 students. The seminar is mandatory for all students applying for a leadership position. Our student leadership group includes Prefects, Form Class Leaders, Student Councils and the Senior Positions within our Houses and student community. Details around application forms and the deadlines have been sent home to Year 11 and 12 students and their whānau. We are also planning to take our Student Leadership group away for a camp before the start of Term 1 in 2022. Over the holidays, we would like to encourage Whānau to talk about the value of leadership as often the boys do not see themselves as leaders, but we know their potential.
