The commitment and effort of the boys was inspiring with fantastic skills on show. Reuben Brown was the top goal scorer in the senior open grade and, together with Bowen Abraham, was chosen for the Tournament Team.

The next mission for the seniors is the Club Champs and the National Secondary School Champs in Hawkes Bay during the October holidays where they are sure to make other teams sit up and take notice.

If you want to try this awesome sport in Term 4, keep your eye on the notices for the have-a-go day during the last weekend of this term.

Also Shirley old boy Jade Johnson is currently competing with the Paddle Blacks at the Canoe Polo World Championships in France.
