Cody Everson (Wheel Blacks) and Ben Friel (Mountain Biker)

Cody Everson broke his neck playing rugby. Cody is a member of the Wheel Blacks squad and has a bright future ahead of him in this sport. Last week , the  New Zealand Wheel Blacks  took on Australia in a five test series at Pioneer Stadium. This is the first time since 2009 that international wheelchair rugby has come to Christchurch. Ben Friel raced in the Enduro World (Mountain-biking) Series in Tasmania, managing to secure a spot on the podium, finishing 3rd in super challenging conditions - an awesome achievement! Watch out for the young fella in Whistler, Aspen and at Trans BC this year.
