The GRIP Leadership conferences present a number of student leadership events each year so it was a privilege to be involved with Shirley Boys' High School. GRIP's programme has been developed to prepare a school student leader for the main leadership challenges he might come across. The students who attended the conference can now use what they learnt in the classroom and hopefully make a change in the school.
