The following courses are available for students to study in 2026
Commerce 10Eac (Full Year)
Course Description: This course aims to prepare students for further study in Economics, Accounting and Business Studies as well as develop essential financial skills needed in the future. A digital platform called Banquer is used to help learn ‘real life’ financial literacy skills. Students should be able to apply what they are learning to everyday experiences. Students will also learn some real life business skills by participating in a ‘Trade Fair’ where they sell a product of their choice to other students.

· Accounting
· Consumer rights
· Enterprise Studies including running a small enterprise
· Sharemarket
· Saving
· Wise Buying

Course Description: This half year course aims to prepare students for further study in Economics, Accounting and Business Studies as well as develop essential financial skills needed in the future. Due to the shorter time frame topics are not covered in as much detail as the full year course. A digital platform called Banquer is used to help learn ‘real life’ financial literacy skills. Students should be able to apply what they are learning to everyday experiences. Students will also learn some real life business skills by participating in a ‘Trade Fair’ where they sell a product of their choice to other students.
