This programme encourages connection with our local community, via projects involving the environment and it’s people.
Some events that took place were:
- Assistance with Parkview Pārua School Tabloids
- Visit to the Ferndale School Satellite
- Spreading mulch in the Mahingakai sites around the wetlands
- Hand pruning at Bottle Lake
- Assistance with Primary Sport Canterbury Mud Run
- Avon river clean-up
- Visit to Kidsfirst Kindergarten north New Brighton
