A big congratulations to Ben Isles who recently competed in the Open Water Swimming Nationals. He finished the weekend with a 2nd overall, and 1st in his age group in the 10km race. He also competed in the 5km race finishing 4th overall, 6 seconds behind the winner, and placed 3rd for his age group. Ka pai Ben!
