Cycling - Ezra Williams-Gillies

Ezra competed for Canterbury at the Track Nationals. He was the fastest starter sprinter in the 750m team sprint event, achieving a time of 11.2 secs and going at a speed of 51.2 km/h (which made him the fastest starter sprint in NZ). The team ended up competing for bronze against Southland and came away with a medal.

Pole Vaulting - Sam Harris

Sam came 3rd in the U20 Men's Pole Vault, at the National Athletics Championships held in Hamilton on the 18th  and 19th March.  He achieived a new personal best of 4.05m!
