During Term 2, students in the Social Science Faculty were working on a variety of topics and assessments. It was pleasing to walk around the classes and note a number of awesome projects on Nelson Mandela, Gandhi, Balanced Ledgers, Stop-Go Animation, Dawn Raids, Queenstown and some local action/clean-ups.

The Gold Standard award recognises that ‘Interest Omnium Recte Facere’ – It is ‘In everyone’s interest to act rightly’. The Social Sciences Faculty would like to congratulate the following students who received their Gold Standard Award for Term Two:

The Gold Standard Award recipients all received a certificate, a canteen voucher and their name has been added the SOCSCI honour roll, which is proudly displayed at the entrance to the learning area.
