All students managed to ski or board on Coronet Peak, eat a Fergburger in Queenstown’s crowded CBD, Gondola up and Luge down Bob’s Peak, steam across Lake Wakatipu on the TSS Earnslaw, have high tea at Walter Peak Back Country Station and have the 5 eyes secret service watch our marathon start at Millbrook Resort! Mr Howell even managed to squeeze in some random Geography stops at the Fruit @ Cromwell, the Hinds in Hinds, cloud break over Aorkai above Lake Pukaki and stop exactly at 44o South!

The boys’ main task down in Queenstown though was to investigate and complete an internal assessment looking at the Geographic Organisation of the Queenstown International Marathon. Where the Race Director took the lads through a very interesting presentation on the race, its issues and organisation.
