BMX

Nick Sinclair 

Nick competed in the BMX National Champs last month. He qualified in sixth spot for the Top 16 semi-final and  went on to qualify for the top 8 final, where he came sixth.

This was the first time Nick has made a Nationals final and he  was the only South Islander to do so in his age group. This is an awesome achievement  for Nick, who  came off his BMX  in April  2016 and fractured two vertebra. He spent eight weeks in a back brace and did not receive full physical clearance until October. 

His current rankings:New Zealand - six, South Island - two. Winner of the Mainland South (Otago/Southland) Region Champs and the Mainland North (Canterbury/Marlborough) Region Champs in his age group, this season.
