Cross Country - Monday 22 May 2023

JAC —

It was a wet and muddy cross country, that’s for sure! After a few rainy days in the build-up, the ol Shirley #1 and the grassy course of the infamous SBHS cross country track has seen drier days! But the day did not disappoint! The sun was out and the boys were in full house colours. All 3 races were a success, with great athletes out in front as well as 1st teams with their respective kits on display. A really good day out with no issues at all. It was good to see Mr Wilson-Pyne and Mr Beswick joining in on a few laps as well!

Thank you to Mr Keats, Mr Chalklen and the student helpers for the organisation, Blake for his photos and all the staff for the marshalling around the course, it really was a painless, incident-free event.
