Congratulations to "Single Malt" comprising of; Cooper Gibb-Faumuina, Ryan Diggs, Jed Rimmer , Robin McGregor and Javaan Gribben, who won first place at Rockquest this year.

Cooper Gibb-Faumuina also received the ‘Best Vocalist’ award.

"Loud Division", comprising of; Corbin Scammell, Mikaere Walker, Mason Matthews, Bayden Leka and Yuito Crosado received the ‘Lyric Award’

Another band "O Negative" who also has a member that is a student at SBHS, made the the regional final.
