Cricket

Congratulations to Brad  Entwistle, who has been awarded the prestigious Willows' Cricket Scholarship for 2019. Brad will travel to Northumberland in England in April next year where he will live and work at the historic Matfen house and play cricket for the local club. This will no doubt be an awesome life and cricketing experience for Brad.

Brad is the third SBHS student to be awarded this scholarship. He was selected ahead of a number of nominations from throughout the South Island.

Well done and good luck  Brad. 

Judo

Congratulations to Dylan Payne, who  competed at the New Zealand National Judo Championships at the end of October.

Dylan won gold in Cadet Men under 50kg.
