SBHS Cross Country Championship.

Canterbury Secondary Schools Road Race Championship.

South Island Secondary Schools Cross Country Championship.

Term 4:

New Zealand Secondary Schools Cross Country Championship.

Training: Nothing organised by SBHS. Most competitors train with their own athletics clubs and coaches.

Venues: SBHS locale for school championship.

Hagley Park and Halswell Quarry for Canterbury Championships.

NZ Cross Country Championships, late June venue TBC.

NZ Road Race Championship, early December venue TBC.

Uniform: SBHS hires athletic singlets.

Boys provide own footwear.

Equipment: As above.

Costs: Hire of clothing e.g. $2.00 per singlet.

Travel related costs, where applicable, to compete at National Championships.
