WATER POLO (Silver)

Teacher in Charge: Mrs W Veatupu

Water Polo is a rapidly growing sport at Shirley Boys’ High School, the sport was re-established in 2017 after the sport experienced large setbacks following the earthquakes.

We operate in Term 1 (All year levels) and in Term 4 (Year 9 & 10’s only).

Term 1 there will be a Senior A team and a Senior B team.

-The Senior A’s will be entered into the Christchurch Boys’ A Grade competition and in late March will compete in the South Island Secondary Schools tournament.

Trials for these teams for Term 1 2020 will be on Sunday January 26th, starting at 6pm, at Taiora QEII Recreation Centre
