WEIGHTS TRAINING (Bronze)
Teacher in charge: Mr L Attrill
Terms: All Terms.
Competition: Not Applicable.
Training: The weight training facility is available Monday to Friday for members.
Some codes will arrange training sessions in the weights room.
JSP Weights Group will train on Wednesday after school
Venues: SBHS Weight Training Room.
Uniform: Change of clothes.
Suitable (clean) footwear.
Towel.
Identity tag must be displayed at all times.
Equipment: Provided.
All equipment is to be treated with the utmost of respect.
Costs: $50 Sports Fee per year.
Wednesday JSP Group no charge
All Sports Development students will be issued memberships as part of their Sport Development Programme.
