Year 10 Food Studies

The following subject is available for students to study in 2021

  • Food Studies    10 Fdx     Half Year  

Course Description: This course incorporates two areas of the Curriculum which are –

· Nutrition and

· Food; including foreign cooking, meal planning, hygiene, safety, as well as nutritional information.

The practical cookery skills reinforce the principles covered during theory lessons.
