School Uniform and Rules

New logo polo t-shirts $26.00,  sweatshirts $34.50 and polar fleece jerseys $42.50 can be ordered online from: alymaclean.azurewebsites.net/shirley and will be delivered to the school office for pick up on a Wednesday.   We do have a small amount of stock in the school office for purchase also.

Children must wear plain navy tracksuit pants or shorts which can be purchased from any retailer e.g Kmart, Farmers or The Warehouse etc.

Winter gingham blue pinafores, summer dresses and culottes can also be worn and can be purchased from The Warehouse as these are generic.

Navy blue jackets are provided to all of the children and these need to be worn at school and on school trips.

Term one and Term Four, all children are required to wear a wide brimmed navy blue sunhat. This is enforced.  No hat, No play.  Children without a hat will have to sit in the shade during break times. Hats are $15.50 and are available to buy through the school office.

We do sometimes have 2nd hand uniform for sale in the school office. Have a chat with the office staff to see what we have available.

Any shoes as long as they are practical.  Sneakers and sandals but no jandals or crocs please.

Jewellery is not permitted outside of a watch and a pair of stud earrings which are in the ears only. Other piercings including in the nose are not allowed. Hoop or dangly earrings are not permitted due to the safety risk they pose. Fake nails are also not allowed as they do not allow children to work effectively and are also a safety risk.

Necklaces are not permitted unless they are of cultural significance in which case they must be worn under the child’s polo top or dress.
