this event, involving run and cycle stages, is for individual entrants aged 7 to 15 years old.

7-10 years - Run 1km, Cycle 4km, Run 500m.  

11-15 years - Run 2km, Cycle 8km, Run 1km.

Entry fee is $20 per person.  Entries close 26th March.  All competitors will on the day receive a competition t shirt, which they will wear to compete.  On completion a medal and certificate will be awarded together with a product pack of sponsors products.
