Student Accounts - If you have any queries regarding your student accounts, please do not hesitate to give Lisa a call on 03 409 0005 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our school account number is ASB Queenstown | 12 3405 0008709 00. Don't forget to put your child's name in the reference when making payment. You do not have to make seperate payments for each item, just one payment is fine. It can be a good idea to set up an automatic payment. If you need help with this, please give us a call.
Leaving SPS? - Is your child leaving SPS at the end of this term? Please email Mission Control at email@example.com with the details. This enables us to prepare the transfer documents for their new school.
Attendance Matters - Please ensure that you let the office know if your child is going to be away. You can do this by way of our Shotover app, search for SchoolAppzNZ in your app store or Google play and download, email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 03 409 0005. Failure to inform us will result in your child being marked as 'truant'.
Lateness - If you are running late in the morning, please come in via the office to sign in.
Contact Details - It is very important that we have your up-to-date contact details. If you have had a change in cell phone number/email address/home address since the enrolment of your children, please let us know.
Lost Property - Please take the time to have a look. Any left over items will be donated to the Red Cross/City Mission.
- All named items will be returned to the child or the child’s mentor.
- Any lost items found in the habitat will be left there as the items are most likely to belong to a child in that habitat.
- Any unnamed items will be placed in the lost property box in Mission Control.
- Unclaimed items are donated to the Red Cross/City Mission.
