Jackie Rule —

Please find important dates, forms to complete and other information below.

All children who are 6 years old as of 1 June 2017 will be able to join the programme. If children are 8 years old as of 1 June 2017 they are able to snowboard if they wish. The skiing/boarding will all take place in August 2017.

Children who are too young for skiing will be participating in an ice skating programme. You will receive information from your mentor about this closer to the time.

Programme Costs

Season Passes

NZSki are offering Local School Passes this year for the same low price as last year at $100 for primary aged children (5 years and under are just $20). We have made some changes to how we organise our programme for 2017. This is designed to spread the load. Generally it works like this. Jackie Rule in the office is taking care of the administration, liaising with NZSki and ensuring all children are registered and have season passes etc. Nick Brown will have overall responsibility on the actual ski days for Pounamu, Coronet and Kimi Akau children. Darran Ingram will have overall responsibility for Skippers on the actual ski days.

For ease of communication, if you have any questions regarding passes, payments, completing the documentation mentioned above then contact Jackie (jackie@shotover.school.nz) in the office. Please note Jackie works part time and therefore you may not get an immediate response to your email. All other queries contact your child's mentor in the first instance and we will help you out.
