As we head into even more beautiful, blue sky days, it is important to remember that wearing a hat is one of four SunSmart behaviours recommended by the Cancer Society.
They recommend that between 10am and 4pm from September to April you wear sunblock and a hat. Please support your child by helping them remember to pack their brimmed hat. This might be their Awa school hat or a broad brimmed or bucket hat of their own choice.
Hats need to be worn during Term 4 and Term 1 by every student. Replacement hats can be purchased from Mission Control for $14.50.
