SKODA South Island Mountain Biking Championships

The South Island MTB Champs was recently held at Coronet Peak between 21-23 March. Shotover School had a great representation of students competing.

It was a glorious 3 days of racing with 400 school kids coming together at Coronet Peak from around the South Island for some exciting mountain biking.

Congratulations to Quinn Ravenwood for taking 1st place, podium position, in the U14 Down Hill and 8th place in the U14 Enduro competitions. 

Congratulations also to Jessie Young producing podium results for Shotover and Queenstown in the U13 Girls category:

2nd place in Cross Country

3rd place in Enduro 

4th place in Downhill

Overall 2nd place  U13 girls category
