You will soon be receiving voting forms - please take the time to vote for the candidates who will represent you and your family. 

The Board have continued to work on policies that help shape our practice - a lot of time is spent on sourcing advice and ensuring wording and content is accurate and appropriate. Not very exciting but an essential part of running an organisation. 

The BOT support the ski within school programme as it aligns with many of our school values and learning capacities. We would like to encourage our families and whånau to fully support the ski programme again this year. As in previous years there is financial support available to families who need assistance for their child/ren to participate. 

We have had robust and ongoing discussion around how we share the thinking behind the learning model in place at Shotover Primary. Opportunities for parents and whånau to observe and engage in the Habitats will be coming up, further information from the individual Hapori to follow. 

We are currently in the process of discussing the complaints and concerns policy, in the meantime this is the process to follow if you have any concerns.
